Thank you for shopping with SmartStartABC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


📦 Order Processing & Estimated Delivery

All orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped within an estimated delivery timeframe of 7–14 business days from the date payment is received.

This timeframe is an estimate only and includes order processing, handling, and transit time. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


🚚 Shipping Carriers

SmartStartABC ships orders using third-party carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international carrier partners.

SmartStartABC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


🌍 Shipping Locations (Domestic & International)

We ship within the United States and internationally.

International orders follow the same estimated 7–14 business day timeframe; however, international shipments may be subject to additional delays due to customs inspections, local postal services, duties, taxes, or import regulations.

SmartStartABC does not guarantee international delivery dates and is not responsible for customs-related delays, fees, or seizures.


💵 Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Promotional free shipping offers are subject to change without notice and may be limited by destination.


⚠️ Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

SmartStartABC is not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment, unit, or suite numbers

  • Refused or undeliverable shipments

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If an order has not arrived within the estimated 14 business day timeframe, customers must contact smartabclearn@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.

For damaged items, photographic evidence may be required to process a claim.

Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are issued at the sole discretion of SmartStartABC and only after an investigation with the shipping carrier has been completed.
