✅ Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

📦 Bundle Return Policy

  • Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer must be returned as a complete set.

  • Partial returns from a bundle are not accepted.

  • If a return is approved, all items included in the bundle must be sent back together in unused, resalable condition.

  • Any free items (e.g., ABC flash cards) included in the order must also be returned.

  • If any items from the bundle are missing, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be declined.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items purchased at a discounted or clearance price (unless defective)

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
